How do you charge?+
Flat project fees for audits and builds, monthly retainer for embedded work. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices. You get a quote before we start; that's the number.
Do you work with agencies?+
Yes — happy to white-label or sit alongside your team for the duration of an engagement. The work belongs to you either way.
What if my site is on Webflow / Shopify / Wix?+
All fine. Most of the audit work is platform-agnostic. Implementation depends on the platform; I'll be honest about what I can do in-house versus where you'll need a dev.
How fast can we start?+
Usually within 1–2 weeks. I take one new engagement at a time so the work gets the attention it needs.
Do you offer training?+
Yes. Either as part of an engagement (your team learns by doing alongside me) or via the free Learning Hub.
What's NOT in scope?+
I don't do paid media, brand identity, full-site dev from scratch, or anything I'm not legitimately good at. The list of services is the list — I won't pretend to do more.
